1. Nordic Style Wholesale www.nordicstyle.com is a Trade only website for Businesses to buy products to sell on to the end user. This website does not deal directly with the public and a rigorous check is made before any trade account is opened. This website is for a B to B business. The public can view this website but cannot see prices and will need to contact their local stockist if they wish to purchase an item.
2. Nordic Style London www.nordicstylelondon.com is a Retail website designed and set up to sell products to the public. We do not sell to other shops using the website www.nordicstylelondon.com , it is only for the public to browse and shop. Our Trade customers (shops) may browse this website but not all products that Nordic Style London sell is available for the Trade to buy.
3. Nordic Style Wholesale is a trading name of Nordic Style London Ltd and is registered in the UK under company number 13152046 and our registered office is 69 Lambeth Walk, London, United Kingdom, SE11 6DX.
4. We carry some items in stock, but as our turnover is so fluid we cannot guarantee to hold every item in stock all the time and most Trade Customers order what they need and wait up to 12 weeks for us to make the goods for them. If an item is shown in stock on this website, it is in the UK and can be purchased and once payment has been received in full, we will send it out to you within 5 working days.
5. Items that are not in stock can be ordered by Purchase Order sent in writing to sales@nordicstyle.com and depending on the status of your credit account (fully insured) we will manufacture the goods for you, and you can pay on delivery. If you do not have a ‘fully insured’ credit account then we will ask for a 50% deposit to process your order and balance paid prior to delivery.
6. Goods ordered at Trade Shows will be in stock as we only take stock items to the Fairs, so they need to be paid for in full at time of order otherwise we cannot guarantee to hold the stock for you. Generally due to our exceptionally competitive prices, we have more demand than stock, so fast selling items need to be secured and paid for once ordered.
7. Title to goods shall only pass when Nordic Style London has received cleared funds in full.
8. All prices on this B to B Trade only web site are shown without VAT which will be added on at 20% at checkout.
9. Orders cancelled after a delivery date has been confirmed will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
10. Your order will not be confirmed until a member of the Nordic Style team contacts you to confirm the order and check all details with you.
11. Our paint finishes and fabrics may vary in colour from batch to batch, but we do endeavour to maintain consistency. Handles, hinges and other furniture accessories may be swapped for alternatives if the ones used in the photograph are no longer available from our suppliers.
12. This B to B website www.nordicstyle.com does not sell directly to the public so there are not rights to return goods under the Distance Trading Laws. Goods order and paid for on this website or at trade shows cannot be returned due to ‘unsuitability’.
13. Damages and shortages must be reported no more than 24 hours after delivery, in writing to sales@nordicstyle.com.
14. Reports of damages must be sent with clear photographs of the damage and will need to be wrapped back in their original packaging for us to collect from you on our next delivery to you. We will raise a credit note for the value of damaged items once the goods are back in our warehouse.
15. Orders of £1250 plus VAT will be delivered Free to Mainland UK.
16. Orders of £1250 ex VAT can be delivered to Ireland for a surcharge of 10%. For example, order value £1250 delivery charge is £125.
17. All orders will be delivered by one man to a business address either on a pallet or trolly to the threshold of your shop or warehouse. The delivery men will not move goods into your business premises we stress they will be left on the loading bay or front or rear entrance. Pallets can be removed at the discretion of the driver, but no guarantees can be made if they can be taken away. All boxes used for delivery will not be taken away are the property of the purchaser.
18. Orders below £1250 plus VAT for mainland UK can be delivered at true cost of the transport and packaging. We will not process an order for delivery for less than £500 plus VAT. You can elect to collect your order from our warehouse if over £500 plus VAT rather than pay our delivery charge.
19. Orders for Ireland below £1250 ex VAT cannot be delivered, and you will need to arrange to collect from our warehouse and no 10% surcharge will need to be paid.
20. We aim to deliver stock items within 5 working days of receiving payment in full. During busy periods it may take slightly longer – please bear with us.
21. Our warehouse is unmanned so please don’t just turn up without an appointment and expect to browse, collect or buy. Our Trade Showroom is available in a sperate location to our warehouse for you to come and view and buy by appointment.
22. Customers who purchase from this website may not use the images of the products that we have taken, but you may re-shoot the item for your own sales and marketing purposes.
23. We do not drop ship items for our trade customers and do not delivery to residential address unless a business is located on the same site in a separate building and is officially registered.
24. Customers who we produce own label goods for must pay in full before the items are packed at our factory.
